Types, purposes, legal grounds and period of processing personal data

First, personal data are processed when you enter into an agreement with Respondent. The personal data are used to be able to provide the service. The contact form indicates which data is mandatory to be filled in. These are: first and last name, telephone number and place of residence. The contact form also asks for your e-mail address. The e-mail address is necessary for contacting you, but is also used to inform you in the future of products or services that may be of interest to you. The personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months.

Respondent also collects personal data which is physically obtained from you while making a reservation at the hotel. This includes the following data: first and last name, telephone number and address. By providing this data you also agree to this privacy statement. The collection of this personal data is based on the same legal grounds as mentioned in the paragraph above.
